Rob was very welcoming when we arrived, letting us know that the pub was closed that evening but he offered us free drinks to say sorry. Couldn’t have been a better host. The second night we were lucky enough to have an amazing dinner on site.

We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding at nearby Stone Barn. The property was ideal for all the morning prep with bridesmaids hair and make up etc and enough space, the lights were so pretty, the kitchen well equipped, the rooms were a good size , there was plenty of parking space. loved it thank you

beautiful building... great breakfast... towel warmer in the bathroom... comfy bed... location was so perfect. easy to get in and out of the town each day without having to drive thru it... parking was 7.50 pounds for the entire stay.... quiet even though it was advice the restaurant..... loved it

Lovely place to stay for a few days, extremely well maintained and positively run. I enjoyed everything (room, service, common areas....) but what I liked the most is the typycal british countryside atmosphere. By the way...excellent food is served and nice lounge bar is available for hotel guests and foreigners. A must in the cotswolds!

The setting is just incredible. Such a beautiful village. The staff were very friendly and we loved the open fires during the cold. The room was amazing. We stayed in the Swallow Suite and the Luxury coffee pods, bottled water and the Molton Brown were lovely finishing touches. We would absolutely love to visit again in the summer.

The property is beautiful so comfortable and clean. We had an Amazing stay in Bourton on the Water. The property has a comfy bed and lovely views looking over the river. We had a delicious breakfast which is delivered to your room at time of your choice. It had a wonderful slipper bath and extra large bathroom with a large shower too. The room is cleaned at your choice too. It was immaculate wonderful cleaner. The property is in great location near shops,cafes, pubs and restaurants. It was very easy to check in with the key pad and had great correspondence from the owners explaining everything. We had a wonderful stay at the old banks rooms cannot fault it. We will be back. We would just like to add that don’t let the No Parking put you off. There is parking within walking distance. We went with Just park online where they find you the nearest parking place. We parked in someone’s drive just 5 mins walk and it cost just £17 from 16.00 Fri - 16.00 Sun.

Lovely Cotswold town, away from the main roads.

Lovely Cotswold town, away from the main roads. Friendly locals and lovely to walk around. Great walks into fields for dog owners - accessed from the church graveyard. Number of places to have breakfast - ranging from a full breakfast at The Wheatsheaf, to a bacon butty to a croissant with coffee. Stroll along the main road to see the old, Cotswold stone houses, a number with Tudor features, then dive off into little closes for further beautiful views.

We loved the place. It was a great experience since the beginning. The rooms are even cozier than in the pictures. The restaurant and pub downstairs is of great quality and the people there really kind. Easy parking in front. There is no breakfast but they recommended us a good place a few doors away from the hotel. Totally recommended!

Lovely large room with huge bath. Comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic. Northleach is a lovely Cotswolds village and it’s easy to get to other Cotswold towns and Oxford from the accommodation.

There was no breakfast available, but there were a few nice options just few minutes from the hotel. The location was perfect, in the middle of a medieval village of Northleach in the heart of Cotswolds.
