A gorgeous hotel in the countryside , kent. Spacious room. Elegant decoration. Just my favorite style. The spa was great . It was also open till 9pm. So not like other hotels, that till you arrive to the place, the spa is already close. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Beautifull garden around. The public space are lovely as well with a burning fireplace. Will defenately come again

Very comfortable bed and room; Sumptuous breakfast, lots of choice; Reception was outstanding and most approachable, special shout out to Emily, Abi in the restaurant and Jack who changed my room for one where the window could be opened. I had many questions and the staff were very informative and approachable and willing to assist, almost like they welcomed your query. The entire place was very clean. I was booked into another room but the window was one that didnt open so I was moved to another immediately when I raised it. Both rooms were beautifully clean and spacey.

An experience like no other, an absolute masterclass in hospitality (and I have worked in hospitality for 15 years). My father and I were welcomed with open arms, like friends or family rather than paying guests. Everything is so relaxed and laid-back, you can't help but have a wonderful stay. We particularly enjoyed the cuddles with the doggies, while chatting to our passionate and enchanting hosts. The rooms are cosy, quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful location in the countryside, close to restaurants and shops. We can't stop talking about this place, it truly is extra-ordinary (especially in this age of key-boxes and contactless check-in). We are looking forward to coming back with family for many future visits.

The room was clean, bright warm and comfortable. Service from Molly and her team was excellent. All the staff were friendly and polite and they went out of their way to treat us as individuals and friends. I would certainly go again, and would recommemd to all my friends and family.
