Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

We liked being able to stay in a hotel that was close to our family. It was a convenient location and we were happy with our room. The staff was very friendly. We loved being able to use the facilities...the driving range. The adventure golf was closed due to snow the day we wanted to play, but we hope to play next time we stay. We enjoyed being able to use the lounge area by the bar to hang out with a big group of family members.

Nothing to complain about here. Spacious hotel, good on site parking, our room was a family suite and very nicely presented and comfortable and modern, unlike the hotel overall which is quite old fashioned, and lacks modern decoration and a modern character. The breakfast offer was generous and typical English. For the price I paid it was excellent

    The village itself is very quiet.

    The village itself is very quiet. It has a local pub - The Fox - which does excellent food, but the village has few other facilities. Access to the village is via country lanes, some of which are single track with passing places.

    The local pub ' The Fox '. Pretty pub. Open for breakfast. Lovely location. Friendly staff. Food is not that good. Overpriced for what it is. Tranquil village surroundings. Not that far off the beaten tracks. Small roads with convenient passing places but still came across one aggressive removals van oik.
