Only stayed for one night, walked around next day. Coast is nice, had a lovely breakfast on the beach. Highly recommend, Needles eye. Our stay wasn't long enough to review Newbiggin itself. The pub we stayed, the Queens head, was good, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Lovely place with traditional pubs and cafes.

Lovely place with traditional pubs and cafes. There is an Italian restaurant that you would probably walk past. Don’t! It is incredible. Chippy on the sea front. Clean uncrowded beach. Free parking. Easy to travel to different places along the coast.

I love new biggin, I love the beach, the people and the speed of life… great sunrises, great food couldn’t have asked for more 😊 Ate at due fratelli Italian. Great food great service, also endeavour with splendid hot chocolate, the Front chippy with battered chips to die for and the Shaj which was very friendly and reasonably priced.

Pleasant hotel near the beach and sea in a small seaside resort with plenty of eating facilities and well situated to explore the surrounding countryside. Food was good and the area is fairly quiet at night. We ate at the hotel the first night but found a good Italian restaurant the second and there was also an Indian restaurant all within walking distance

The caravan was immaculate, comfortable and charming. Our host was great: welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. There is a lovely seaside walk from the site into Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The site restaurant was good (staff and food), although we were there 'off season' so I wonder whether it would be packed in the summer months.

Fantastic. On a par with 3 / 4 star hotels. Hosts very friendly and good knowledge about area. Good pointers for hostelries and food. Newbiggin is well placed to visit anywhere in Northumberland with most of the sights less than an hour away. Will definitely be coming back.

A lovely hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and the location was fantastic as we travelled for the local Parkrun which was right on our doorstep. Breakfast was also great! Thank you.
