The views, relaxed atmosphere, staff and food excellent we are already looking to book again it was my sisters 60th birthday and when we arrived to our room there was chocolate strawberries on a silver tray saying happy birthday I thought that was a nice touch that I didn't ask for

Not worth the money at all, loch views mean tarmac roof, bits not finished off in room/that should have been maintained. Room stank of food constantly. Very noisy rowdy guests who were arguing all through the night. I was very underwhelmed especially other guests advised they had paid almost £100 less than us for the same room.

The hotel was out of town but only a short drive to shops or train station.
Spa treatments were fantastic, although a few decorative issue bucket for drips! Evening meals were delicious 😋 fantastic views & surroundings. The rooms are large but you pay for this when you select your room.

Booked as a stopover for one night before heading home. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Exceptional place, great staff, good food. Will defo go back for a longer stay and make use of the spa...

The water lodge was amazing, the food was great for dinner and breakfast and the staff are a credit to the hotel.
