A fun hotel, great for families especially those with young children, with photo options with Thomas the Tank Engine in the foyer and characters in costume visiting tables at breakfast. Themed rooms available, but standard rooms were well equiped and serviceable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options.

More than happy to reccommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay close to the NEC. It's not walking distance but is around £10 in a taxi for a short 5 minute drive. Good size rooms, very comfortable and very clean. Good tea/coffee facilities too, and zero issues with the wifi! Breakfast & dinner both decent, with a good price. Welcoming staff!

Super friendly staff. We where in a rush to go to a baptism and for the first time in my life I left the room a mess. When I came back everything was spotless and all of our clothes where nicely folded on the bed. I was shocked, and a little bit embarrassed that someone had to clean after me. Thank you, whoever cleaned our room, you are an angel 😇

The inn was nice with very good views and landscapes around, the facilities were nice as well but the best thing about our stay was meeting Mark, the worker at the reception, such a legend! He was kind and very gentle, I look forward to coming back just to meet him again. GO NORWICH and AUPA ATHLETIC

Not too far as well as not too close from Birmingham, the lodge is very attractive, clean. The staff is very kind, the food of the pub is delicious. Although the pub is under the rooms, they are very quiet. Thank to Robbie Williams for his kindness ☺️

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. This hotel is really pet friendly - dog bowl and bed provided but most importantly clear rules about what you can and can’t do and all reasonable. Spa fantastic and lovely staff (Marina)
