Frequent traveller visiting places and hotels all over the world & a chef myself, this was a real reminder of excellence in such a gorgeous location. I wanted to eat everything on the menu, which has clearly been put together to take advantage of locally sourced produce. The staff couldn't do enough for us , with a good old-fashioned customer service. The decor and rooms make for a country house feel with a modern twist.... There's been no expense spared on the recent refurbishment. If Iived a little closer, I would be a regular, sadly living in Perth Australia 🇦🇺 it will have to be next year! Good luck to the whole team as you make this beautiful place come into its full glory.

Me and my daughter stayed for a night for her birthday. It was the most magical place we have ever stayed. The location was stunning, the hotel beautiful, the staff so friendly especially Tom (he’s fabulous) and the food was fantastic. It was perfect from start to finish. They added birthday banners, a balloon, card and shortbread box which was the cutest little surprise. Every little thing had such attention to detail. We are planning to stay again next summer. It was amazing Thank you so much 😊

Excellent hosts!! Very cosy and clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious... Location was just perfect. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests we had and very helpful. One of the best B&Bs we have been to. We will definitely be coming again..Thank you for the hospitality.

Truly amazing place with very accommodating staff - we hit an unexpected diversion that added almost an hour towards our journey. The staff was very understanding of the situation and waited for our arrival despite the pub being closed. The room itself was amazing, with one of the comfiest bed we slept on away from home. The walk-in shower was very convenient with the cherry on top being the cosmetics provided.

Very nice places to eat, not far from property.

Very nice places to eat, not far from property. Two good pub restaurants to have a meal, very good food. Only thing is it is dark on returning back to base, used sat nav to get the small distance as very narrow lanes and hard to see where they are. Will go back in the spring/summer next time.
