We were at Carters Rest Guesthouse for 4 nights. Everything about our stay was just perfect: starting the day with a delicious breakfast served at the table and with the best view ever, we got precious tipps where to go to from Simone and Jonathan, we stayed in a beautiful bedroom with a supercosy bed! And at the top: what can be better to finish a wonderful hiking day with a light and healthy dinner and then go in the sauna to view the stunning sunset?! Simone and Jonathan red every wish from our eyes and fulfilled every single one :) Everything in CRG is made with a lot of love, calmness and with an eye for the beautiful things, so we felt really at home. A perfect place to relax and just enjoy. Thank you so much, Simone, Jonathan, Emma and Molly for your hospitality and the wonderful birthday surprise - we had an absolutely stunning time with you!

Excellent location, on the end of peninsula. Very quiet spot, beautiful views along the coastline. Nice window seats to relax and enjoy the view. The house is well equipped, everything you need is there. Comfortabel beds.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen Hame on Skye for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for exploring the area's top attractions, including Neist Point and Coral Beach. Their local insights truly enhanced our trip. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Skye's stunning landscapes. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the delicious Scottish breakfast served in the restaurant. Not only was the food exceptional, but the restaurant also offered breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty—a truly serene and memorable experience. Our stay at Hame on Skye was nothing short of perfect, and we can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming, and scenic place to stay on Skye, we highly recommend it!

Location is amazing, picturesque ,quiet ,clean . The pod is cute full kitchen coffee and tea and milk made available We brought simple meals to prepare all utensils there. Lovely shower with hair and body product We loved this nest away from home.

Love the views and the peace you find here.

Love the views and the peace you find here. It's great. lots of local cafes, and coffee is great if you like it. Dunvegan is down the road and has beautiful gardens and views. The three chimneys is also close by if you like Michelin star restaurants. There's a famous lighthouse nearby with the tallest cliffs - be careful near the edge! but the views are breathtaking. There's nowhere else in the word quite like it. Only drawback if any is the singletrack roads. They're not a problem, but you do have to have your wits about you :-)

There isn't much to do in Milovaig, but we loved the...

There isn't much to do in Milovaig, but we loved the isolation. We were definitely at the end of the vacation season, so small businesses weren't open. Neist Point is incredible. Lots of amazing things to see if you love the outdoors.

The most wonderful house with the most wonderful view!!! The house has everything you could possibly wish for, the interior is very stylish and cosyI Wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly like to go back one day. It was great meeting Andrew and Sally and the Isle of Skye is a superb environment for nature lovers! This place is highly recommended! Nadine, Gino, Craig, Nikki
