Excellent position. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Everything was there that we needed we were exhausted from our trip so couldn’t stay up to enjoy it more but would definitely return!!

Staying at 40th Avenue was such a nice experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The place has a warm, homely vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable. My room was clean, quiet, and cozy—nothing fancy, but just right. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and a well-kept bathroom. Everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. The host was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good stay. The location worked out perfectly for me—peaceful, but still close to everything I wanted to see. It was nice coming back to somewhere calm after a day of exploring. Breakfast in the morning was simple but tasty, and there was always tea or coffee available, which I loved. Honestly, I left feeling refreshed and grateful. If you’re looking for a place that’s more personal than a hotel and full of warmth, I’d definitely recommend 40th Avenue

We absolutely love the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works perfectly, the staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very generous in providing us with complimentary beer, chocolates, milk, coffee and teabags of good quality in the room, and not forgetting the hearty breakfast! The hotel restaurant/ pub has a nice outdoor space where we can hang out and have a drink until 10pm in the summer. And there is a 24hr McDonald's just next door if we need late night supper.

The staff here are passionate, friendly and super helpful. You are treated like a VIP. The atmosphere is second to none - the pub is spectacular (incredible food) and the accommodations are bespoke and gorgeous. Everything has been considered to the tiniest detail. The shower is legendary!

Very good stay not so far from Wembley Stadium - it's around 30 mins by bus and 1 hour walking. Place is clean, looking exactly like on photos. Very nice personel is welcoming and helpfull. You can feel safe because place has its own parking area with prohibited camera enter. I reccomend for short stay. They giving you new towels everyday

    Address for this property is not correct - took me to the...

    Address for this property is not correct - took me to the wrong address, parking stated on booking.com however it was street parking (not guaranteed and needed a permit for game days, which was not offered by the staff), flat was freezing upon arrival (all bedding and towels felt damp due to this), no dining room as stated on booking.com, ‘free toiletries’ included bath soak even though there was no bath and 2 toilet rolls. Poor value for money - very expensive for the accommodation available.
