As well as enjoying the pretty harbour town of Mevagissey it’s a great place to stay if you want to visit other places around Cornwall. It’s only an hours drive to get to the north coast. Mevagissey has lots of places to eat and enjoy evenings in the restaurants and pubs. Everyone was very friendly wherever we went.

It is a working dockyard and very authentic.

It is a working dockyard and very authentic. Plenty of choices to eat and drink. Just be careful if driving. I would recommend that you take up the option to park on the outskirt, and walk the very short journey in to the centre.

Gorgeous little fishing village in Cornwall. Felt less busy that the usual towns and hot spots down the coastline. Some delicious restaurants to try as well including the Kings Arms and One Polkirt Hill.

The space was really lovely on the bottom floor of the house with a self-contained bedroom, WC and bathroom. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast on the top floor of the house overlooking the Mevagissey Harbour- gorgeous view. Malcolm and Sue were fantastic hosts and it was lovely to meet a local couple with great advice for places to eat and routes around Cornwall. We would love to stay again!

This gem of a hotel tucked away at the top of the hill in Mevagissey is a delight. Wes and Tamsin are brilliant hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The welcoming afternoon tea on the terrace and the superb meal cooked by Wes were a great start to our week. Plenty of room. In the sitting room to relax when the rains came and lots of tips where to eat in the area was appreciated.
