Charming unit/apartment. Quiet, clean, very comfortable couch and bed. Everything was as described on Booking.com, but was even nicer than we expected. We had a couple of questions for our host, who returned our call in a timely way and went out of his way to be helpful.

The hotel was absolutely beautifully furnished and so comfortable and cosy ...perfect for a couples get away . Close to the beach and amenities. I only live 20 minutes away but this has to be one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in .

The hotel is situated almost at the cliff of the beach. It's only one or two hundred meters to the beach. Our room was not facing sea but rather an east and I think we got even better view than just a plain sea. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The staff was super welcoming and warm (as seems to be the norm for everybody in this part of England). There are Loop bus stops quite near the hotel which makes the connection between seaside hotel and Ramsgate station that more convenient.

    The accommodation is beautiful.

    The accommodation is beautiful. The bed is very comfy and the kitchen area is well equipped. It could do with a more comfortable sofa and a dining table as the breakfast bar is very small and the chairs aren't suitable. The grounds are beautiful and you really feel in touch with nature. We did a lot of bird watching and enjoyed a coffee early in the morning sat outside listening to the birds. There is a huge retail park close by with amazing shopping. Perfect location to be rural but also have the shopping option.
