I was shocked to be asked to move downstairs at 7pm as the bar was so quiet. I was not told 10 minutes before I was sat in the wrong place and this is a very busy city centre bar. Every visit I stay at the Leonardo as I am always impressed with the staff, cleanliness and quality of the rooms - despite being slightly more pricey than other hotels in the area. Mia and her colleague (who I can't remember the name of, sorry!) checked me in around 10pm. Even at that time staff are on the desk which is great.
