Located 10 minutes from Luton airport made it very convenient. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful for check-in. The room was really clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

We arrived early and they arranged for us early check-in without extra charge. The staff there was excellent, polite and very helpful. The room was clean. It was breakfast for people with early flights from 3-6am, not full options, but with variety of cold food and coffees which is very nice if you get an early morning flight.

Room was clean and tidy plus contained all that one might need for an overnight stay or longer. Restaurant was excellent with a good choice of food on offer at reasonable prices. But the Ibis really did score on high on the staff. All went out of their way to be helpful and polite thus making the stay all the more enjoyable. One young man in particular stood out, Jakub who is from Poland really pulled out all the stops to be helpful and managed to get me and my mountain of luggage to the airport with the minimum of fuss, it was really appreciated. All the staff were quite excellent.

I recommend this hotel to everyone, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Everything near this hotel is Luton town centre so many good food restaurants and train stations are 2 mins walk from the hotel. And the staff are very helpful especially the receptionist Fahim service is very good he is a professional. When I told him about the room light issue he straight away changed the room for me but that was a little issue and he gave me a very good room. I appreciate it. Thank you for your good service. :)
