The stay has been spectacular. The house is wonderful, it is impeccable and everything is taken care of to the smallest detail. You feel like you are at home. We had booked the "Library" and I assume this is one of the nicest rooms in the hotel, so this influences our judgement of course. The staff were very helpfull pointing us to a small parking so our car was safe for our stay. Our room was actually a suite and simply had everything you need while having this 'old' pub feel to it = just splendid for us. The bed was also one of the most comfortable during our whole vacation. We had dinner here and enjoyed it very much. We were actually really disappointed we had just booked it for 1 night, but you just don't know in advance of course.

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.
