Loved it all! Gorgeous place! It felt remote but there is a village just 5 mins away with a shop/chippy etc. The log burner was a clincher I'd say, just made it so cosy. A beautiful part of Wales - great area to explore. We were visiting friends near Llandysul. The area is lovely.

This is one of the most relaxing vacations we ever had. The cottage is like from a fairytale and the natural surroundings are alike: magical! The whole cottage is well equipped and the host even put fresh farm eggs in the kitchen for us, as well as a basket of wood for the fireplace. The folder in the cottage lets you know where to buy more wood and gives excursion tips. If you love a quiet, romantic hideout, this is the place to go to.

Well furbished with all the necessary amenities. Great host who was friendly and easy to approach. Close to all the local shops and restaurants. Overall it was a good find with in budget about host he was really helpfull our toilet door lock wasnt working but host fixed it in Minutes which is very well appreciated. Definitely going there if we ever visit wales again.

The most gorgeous location, amazing view of the valley, lovely hot tub which felt very private from other lodges, the hosts were so lovely and generous, very informative but also left you to enjoy your break, they were on hand if you needed anything! Can’t fault this whatsoever - will definitely be returning!

This holiday house was absolutely perfect! The architecture was stunning, and the spacious bedrooms provided great comfort. The natural ambiance added to the charm, creating a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights was the waterfall right next to the window, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful stay!

    Unless you have a specific agenda, there is not actually a...

    Unless you have a specific agenda, there is not actually a lot to do in Pencader itself. When we were there, the pub had been closed so you had to drive or walk a long distance to sample a pub experience. Surrounding areas are beautiful and you are approximately 25 minutes away from beaches(New Quay for dolphin watching), if that is your thing. The School House garden was a good place to sit in the late evening.

    Location was perfect just a short drive to the local village. Clean and quiet. Locals were friendly and welcoming - plenty of different places to visit locally or within an hour drive from visiting the butterfly house, an informative visit of the slate mines, boat tour to see the dolphins in New Quay and the seals in Cardigan Bay

    The room size was amazing, super comfortable. The rain on the skylight was beautiful for us. Really clean. Kettle, shampoos etc supplied. Owner even had biscuits and crisps for us. 100% recommend. Wish I found this years ago, sadly my last visit to Llandysul. But if the need ever occurs I will be back.

    Lovely hillside cabin overlooking the river and Llandysul. 2 min drive from the town. Very clean and well appointed. Really enjoyed the stay. Hosts are very friendly and so very helpful. Already booked to stay there again.
