What guests said about Little Langdale:

It's a really beautiful part of the Lake District.

It's a really beautiful part of the Lake District. Very close to walker hubs such as Coniston, Hawkshead, Grasmere and Ambleside but much quieter and very peaceful. Might have been tricky without a car.

Little Langdale is a beautiful area; very green and lush with incredible views of the hills and different landscapes. It's very peaceful, lots of walkers with dogs and fewer vehicles than other more well-know areas around the Lakes. There are short, easy walks to Cathedral Cave (well worth visiting) or longer walks around the area. The Three Shires in is a perfect spot to stay, with lovely rooms, great food and a charming, flowery, beer garden looking out over hills, trees and delightful local cottages.

Honestly me and my fiancé had such a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is truly beautiful and peaceful we had a lovely view of the farm animals and the sleep was too good! We didnt expect the room to look so modern and we loved the bathroom cleanness 10/10. We live in London and we dont get to be around such a nature so this was truly one of the best experiences. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was lovely , just wish there was more of it 🤭

From the welcome arrival until the morning we left we had the most chilled amazing stay at this gorgeous Hotel. The Staff were friendly but professional we didn’t ask for anything because we didn’t need to. Amazing food & drinks in the Cosy but bright Restaurant with every window enjoying a view of the Fells. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and really welcoming and the hotel has a lovely chilled vibe. The bedrooms are super and bathrooms looked new and were spotless. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel twice and everyone in the party thought the food was very delicious.

The hotel is beautyfully restored and maintained with a great cosy lobby and nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. All very modern and brandnew. But it costs 122 pounds on a monday. A bit overpriced. The manager is a very nice and helpfull person.
