Excellent stay. Luxurious room with bedding that was super high quality. Lovely finishing touches to the room were excellent but homely. Meal in restaurant and breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Staff at check in very attentive and informative, bar very friendly and laid back with an amazing DJ subtly playing in back ground. Cocktail selection was amazing waiting Staff couldn't be more helpful. Dinner was delicious duck and lamb cooked perfectly. Room was out of this world the decor is very tastefully structured and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was a little disjointed but all the same enjoyable as we were so chilled from evening before.

The breakfast was great, food, staff and dining room was extremely pleasant. I’d been wanting to stay at Shrigley for years and my stay exceeded my expectations. The room with the view overlooking the front was amazing and I particularly enjoyed and appreciated the original features and history of the building it has a real Downton Abbey feel to it. Very well looked after and equipped, and decorated and furnished to a high standard. The location was very convenient and overall the property was good value for money. The beautifully presented breakfast delivered to our door at 8.30 was a very nice touch.
