Staff were great, especially the helpful lady at the front desk when we checked in and another guest facing staff that we met in our section of the hotel (near the jacuzzi). They helped us a lot about the rooms and especially helpful to find a suitable room so we would not have to climb up the stairs with heavy cases. Hotel seemed well maintained and nice decor. Breakfast was good too.

Spacious lodge with all the amenities you needed, had a lovely welcome pack which was a great touch. Large bed, highly finished bathroom, nice fitted kitchen and open plan living room. Lovely hot tub with robes and slippers provided.

Spacious family room, very clean and cosy. TV, hairdryer, kettle, cups, spoons and glasses. Selection of tea, coffee (even decaf!) and milk are included. Modern spotless bathroom with great Dove hand wash and 2-in-1 body wash. Great set of towels. Everything was really thoughtful. Excellent service and friendly staff. Extra bed for the second child was already in the room when we arrived. Online checked-in and check-out makes everything so much faster and easier. Really good cocked breakfast with variety of options. Breakfast for children available for just £2.50. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. A big thank you to Rebecca for her hospitality and advice about sightseeing!

Lovely historic property, gorgeous grounds, absolutely fantastic staff including 2 (2!!) concierges, both, conveniently, named Alan. Top notch service and food, one of my favorite hotels IN THE WORLD. I can’t wait to go back, and I heartily suggest that you book now before prices catch up with the level of comfort, quality and service on offer. It is a SCREAMING deal right now, as they have just re-opened after a major overhaul.

The room was very run down.

The room was very run down. Not worth the money I paid for it. If you are looking for a bit of luxury, go elsewhere. The spa is also shut at the moment. Walking to the restaurant for breakfast I saw a lot of water damage in the corridors as well. I think the whole hotel needs a revamp and I wouldn’t recommend a visit.

My upgrade room was lovely and the spa was lovely as we’ll.Our 3 corse dinner was lovely and the breakfast was the same apart from the size of the plate I would definitely come again and tell friends and family.

The location was lovely, peaceful and yet convenient. The hosts were lovely and friendly and helpful and that was most welcome after a long day - they stayed up late to accommodate me and the room was again lovely and convenient with everything I needed.

I love everything about this hotel from the minute you arrive in the car park .it is so tranquil. Its not many hotels where you meet the whole amazing team that make it special from James. Amanda who run it very well to george millar the hotel manager who's staff think very highly of.ti the night concerge jordan and Martin who make you feel 100%safe when popping out the front door at 3am for some fresh air they are there for you and will even give you a lift in there little buggy back to your room .I can honestly say for 2 years now iv stayed her on my trips to Glasgow and would never stay anywhere else in Scotland. There isn't anything you could say that wasn't right getting up in the morning going for breakfast and seeing the lovely Marie who always has a little friendly chat .to using the facilities that Taylor runs extremely well the outside spa with stunning views is just the best therapy you could wish for after a morning sream sauna and swim .and the walk around the grounds .to then going having a little chat with Rebecca Lucy Tracey and the rest of the team on reception. It's not just a hotel get away it's like going from home to home .thank you gleddoch yous guys are an asset to this hotel .and all down to little george for being so friendly introduceing us to the hotel team .you really can't beat that in any hotel .well done gleddoch keep up the amazing work

if you want some good food you should check out Coast...

if you want some good food you should check out Coast Restaurant we had an amazing meal from starter to desserts it was top class and affordable we travelled by car and was easy to find car parks and have a walk around the clyde and see the Dumbarton Castle & the highlands from far Hotel Gleddoch Gold&Spa is amazing for food, spa and golfing

Fantastic place for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful location but amenities still accessible. Beautiful views. Lovely hamper left for us. Enjoyed everything. Coast restaurant about a mile away was beautiful .

Not much! the hotel may look impressive from the outside but found it dark and gloomy inside, the spa had to be booked and paid for, we couldn't get in during our stay! there were double lot of stairs to bar and restaurant which was almost impossible to climb for my 79 year old mother, the food was very expensive and our room was dark and gloomy, we had no safe and a mirrored bar type contraption next to the wardrobe from the 1970s! the bed was uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our stay
