The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

What a beautiful property, very attractive on the outside, and equally lovely inside. Our room was a very good size and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. It was great to have two proper chairs in the room. Our evening meal in the dining room was freshly cooked, and the service was good.

Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC.

Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC. Great location right next to the Grand Union Canal. Staff where all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The food was excellent, and a great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant areas. The room was a little tied but comfortable and had all that you need for a short stay.

Excellent customer service friendly staff and a lovely room can't rate the cleanliness of the room any higher I have never been to a hotel room so clean in my life the bathroom was sparkling I honestly haven't seen a bathroom that clean anywhere highest rating ever for that ...the room itself exactly the same so clean and pristine ...the hotel is in a lovely setting and every staff member I interacted with so friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone and everyone. Thank you

Superb pub/restaurant with rooms by the Union Canal about 2 miles out of Knowle (so not in town). Bar, lounge, restaurant all very comfortable. And outside seating superb if sunny. Stayed 2 nights, dinner excellent and breakfast has to be one of the best English! Staff all friendly and attentive. Room described as small double - clean, good bed - but tiny more appropriate!

We really enjoyed our stay at the kings arms - it was comfortable, clean, staff were nice and had everything we needed. Knowles is a lovely wee place and it's a reasonable distance to the NEC (best priced hotel we could get for the weekend and worth the wee drive out of the city). We would stay again!

The rooms are quite small but perfectly formed! Great location - 3 mins by car on main road outside Knowle. Quiet. Fabulous food, and very clean. 5 star service.
