What’s not to like? First of all in terms of hygiene it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve been (and I’m not easy to impress). It’s all brand new, the kitchen has anything you need to cook a basic meal, cleaning products available and the complimentary drinks and snacks (nicely presented) is that touch that tells you “we value as a guest and want you to have a nice stay”

Amazing location so close to all the museums. Staff were absolutely exceptional, they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday trip away special. Afternoon tea was great, highly recommended booking in. We're looking forward to returning at some point next year!

We absolutely love the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works perfectly, the staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very generous in providing us with complimentary beer, chocolates, milk, coffee and teabags of good quality in the room, and not forgetting the hearty breakfast! The hotel restaurant/ pub has a nice outdoor space where we can hang out and have a drink until 10pm in the summer. And there is a 24hr McDonald's just next door if we need late night supper.

    My stay at the hotel was a bit awkward at first when assessing the property, but once you get settled in, everything falls into place. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with bus stops very close by, making it easy to access nearby shopping and dining areas.

    Fairly quiet area of London, if there is such a thing!

    Fairly quiet area of London, if there is such a thing! Yes there is noise but not as bad as central London! Not a great deal of places to eat locally but Turnham Green a few minutes away by bus has loads of fantastic places to eat! Heartily recommend Buenos Aires Argentinian restaurant!
