We absolutely loved staying here, such a charming old bed and breakfast, cosy pub downstairs, lovely rooms upstairs, very friendly staff and guests, nice breakfast and refreshing beer..just what we needed after a long day hiking the Coast Path! Great little hotel right on the harbourside. Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Great value. Nice size rooms with tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and soap dispensers in bathroom. Lots of car parks nearby.

The staff working there made it a lovely place to stay from the people in the restaurant to the cleaners and grounds people. The food and rooms were great and the lovely places to visit right on its doorstep

Pleasant setting , good location. Just put the heat on! When mentioned at checkout that room was cold we were told they were getting someone to check heating. It works , just set the timer settings for more sensible times!! Ie when guests are in their rooms.

Room and staff were good. Position was convenient. Reception was the bar and accommodation was a walk away outside and then up two flights of stairs. No indication of how to find our room number. Evening menu was quite limited and expensive. Apparently got a deal for b and b (still expensive) but would never pay the full advertised price.

We spent the two days at Kentisbury Grange and only ventured...

We spent the two days at Kentisbury Grange and only ventured out to walk around the grounds due to the bad weather. The House had the most comfortable drawing room that was warm and we were able to sit and relax. We ate at the Grange which was just exceptional. The staff there were all friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant. The rooms were very spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Excellent weekend stay.

Excellent weekend stay. Our cottage suite was roomy and to a high standard was isolated and quiet 😃 the food in the restaurant was also excellent. My partner who follows a vegan diet questioned why there was no options on the menu, after consultation with the kitchen she was presented with several high quality options that she really enjoyed😀

A hotel in a beautiful location.

A hotel in a beautiful location. Surrounded by lush green grass, ancient trees, and lakes. Loved to see the young rabbits running around, ducks with their chicks. Rooms were clean with a good shower and bathroom. The king size beds were so comfortable. Couldn't fault my room. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel, the food and the staff were all truly exceptional. The hotel is quite small/boutique, beautifully decorated and furnished and fairly quiet. We had a suite which was incredibly spacious with a super comfy, very large bed, amazing bathroom with a beautiful free standing bath, huge shower, underfloor heating and twin basins. Really appreciated the in room coffee machine. Ate in the restaurant.. fabulous food and all of the staff were friendly and efficient in quite an understated way. Amazing cocktails!!!!

Kentisbury Grange had a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the restaurant food was delicious.
