It was damp, smelly, no mattress or pillow protectors, there...

It was damp, smelly, no mattress or pillow protectors, there was no credit on the gas meter so no hot water or cooking facilities. Central heating didn't seem to work, to use the television you need to log in to your own account.All in all, a definite no no.
