Absolutely everything!! This charming hotel/guesthouse exceeded our expectations! We arrived and easily found our room (the welcome pack was great and included loads of useful local information) The rooms were both clean and tidy with every little detail thought about from the tea facilities to the pre-prepared knife fork and plates for our evening snack! The water was super hot and there was great water pressure. The huge bed was comfy and very clean as well and the heating efficiency was top notch. The host welcomed us in the breakfast restaurant where we were treated to a great selection of cooked foods and continental delights! The eggs were to die for and we couldn't get enough of the toast (Spanish family having their 1st English breakfast) All in all this was the perfect stay and very well priced for the quality and service received. Quite amazing. Due to traffic I arrived afer hours. Everything was ready for me. Sharon did even leave a sandwich in case the pub around the corner would not provide food anymore (which was the case). everything sparkling clean, heating blazing (it was very cold outside) and quick and good breakfast service.

Everything about our stay from arriving early and being checked straight in, the room we were in was in the original part if the building it had so much charm, temperature in the room was perfect, bed was comfortable, room was immaculate. Would highly recommend staying here, breakfast the next morning is probably the best we've ever had in a hotel.

The place was just so wonderful and cozy; the location was beautiful and it was perfect to visit with a small child - safe to just run out and play in front of the house. The arrival instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The tiny house was really comfortable and clean. Internet became available throughout the stay, although it was also fine without... A very relaxing stay!
