We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping...
We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping excellent, and the train connection from Harpenden to London is easy and fast. The apartment we stayed in is fairly close to the train station. There are plenty of choices for groceries. It is a small town but very walkable with some nice parks. Room was nicely decorated, clean and met needs. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining area , and very attentive staff member , whom I think was the manager.
