A bit difficult to find but once you’re there it’s in a lovely spot on a golf course. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was very good. Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

Only had the light breakfast first two days as I was meeting friends in the area for lunch on both occasions, which was ample and was only charged a minimal amount ,on third day had full breakfast which was cooked and presented very well,more than I could eat. Property was great with an old fashion feel agood place to spend a relaxing few days,would liked to have stayed longer but flight schedules home made our stay short.

Lovely location and premises, room was clean, perhaps toilet...

Lovely location and premises, room was clean, perhaps toilet need a little bleach, slightly stained, but I’m a self employed cleaner so abit fussy, good size room and great view over course, even though we were visiting family, still ideal stay even though not playing golf, everyone very friends and helpful, parking was good and property easy to find

The location & views.There was a few nice pubs but couldn't get in to eat as was fully booked being a Sat night. The only one we didn't try to book was the Plough as the reviews weren't as good. The Wheatsheaf was our number one choice as we had been before, but was full inside & out.We rang around 6 pubs, so advise pre booking before your stay! We had a 15min drive to the Berkeley Arms Melton Mowbray which was a lovely meal & service. Very accommodating, friendly staff & great food.

I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised for a 3 star, hundred percent got the star rating wrong…. The lady on reception, I just thought it was so lovely and so accommodating…. I stay in hotels all over the world, UK has the worst customer service…. Gotta say five star service to the woman at the reception and five star service to the young man in the bar… Keep up the good work

Hotel Facilities, because that's the only part of the complex that I experienced due to the nature of my stay. It was supposed to be a celebration of my life, you have to celebrate every year, it was acknowledging a milestone; it was my 61st birthday, on Good Friday.

Tim is a great host. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting Greetham and the surrounding area. Also, there are 2 pubs with restaurants within easy walking. We''ll be back.
