Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent parking and very peaceful. Extremely good staff but dinner disappointing although it apparently makes a thing of dinner. Perhaps we chose the wrong things! All in all a good stay.

Stunning part of the UK with something for everyone, whether it be history, nature, good food and/or amenities. I hiked the full length of the hills along every ridge from End Hill and returned via the woods. In all it was 11.5 miles from and back to my accommodation. There are a couple of places with WC facilities and pit-stops. Breathtaking views and beautiful scenery. I had the pleasure of witnessing sheep-shearing by local friendly farmers who assisted me on my route. The previous day I did a circular around British Camp Iron Age Fort. Good parking and another beautiful walk.

Great Malvern is a charming town in a marvellous setting (below the Malvern Hills). Also, being on the national rail network, it is a convenient base from which to visit neighbouring towns such as Hereford, Ledbury and Birmingham.

It's called the Malvern Hills & the main street is steep.

It's called the Malvern Hills & the main street is steep. However with so many places to eat, interesting shops, an impressive theatre & beautiful scenery, it's a national treasure. Walking the hills is quite spiritual, and something everyone should experience. Also it boasts two main line stations if you can tear yourself away.

Malvern has a fantastic park, nice restaurants and we really enjoyed the craft beer bar - Weavers. The theatre and park are great but the cafe there is expensice. I suggest buying a picnic from Waitrose and eating it in the park - the play area in the park is all wood adventures. Another plus is the Foley Arms - best Wetherspoons in the world, honest. Best kept beer cellar though is the Great Malvern Hotel.

An overnight stay for a visit to the theatre in this conveniently situated hotel was deemed perfect. Unfortunately the car park was rammed, due to a wedding and an additional event and parking was non-existent, and our room, whilst spacious, had no outlook and the bathroom sorely needed an upgrade. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Having stayed here previously, we were a little disappointed that we were offered such a mediocre room. Probably won't bother to book here again.

Right at the top of Great Malvern. Easily accessible by train but do get a taxi up the hill!! Wonderful staff, extensive, very reasonably priced menu and food delicious. Room cleaned daily with fresh water bottles and walkers shortbread biscuits. Large room and very large bathroom. Best thing about the hotel besides the staff, no dogs allowed. Rather not eat a meal next to someone 's pooch. Delightful stay.

Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in. I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side. Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
