The location is almost perfect just like the host. The welcome was warm and friendly with a real high tea. We loved it. The rooms are clean and and spacious just like the bathroom. The breakfast is almost the best on the world. We liked the music in the background.

We had booked the "Library" and I assume this is one of the nicest rooms in the hotel, so this influences our judgement of course. The staff were very helpfull pointing us to a small parking so our car was safe for our stay. Our room was actually a suite and simply had everything you need while having this 'old' pub feel to it = just splendid for us. The bed was also one of the most comfortable during our whole vacation. We had dinner here and enjoyed it very much. We were actually really disappointed we had just booked it for 1 night, but you just don't know in advance of course.

Everything was perfect, thanks again to the staff of this charming little place ! It's definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Scotland. The place is very cosy, the staff is very friendly and helpful (good advices when you wanna taste whisky ;)) I highly recommend it !

Accommodation only an overnight stay for 2 nights during our trip to Kintyre, but the accommodation provided everything we needed for our trip. Hotel converted from a former cinema, clean rooms, comfortable beds, royal breakfast. Ele, the owner, is very pleasant, kind and very accommodating, she helped us with a trip to Kintyre, advised us a restaurant for lunch, where she also secretly booked us a table, and when we left, she personally said goodbye to each of us, what happens very exceptional.
