We really enjoyed the location, the warm atmosphere of the hotel when you step trough the front door, the warm welcome by staff and the exceptionally clean rooms. We pre-booked our tabel at the restaurant in the hotel online. We really loved the menu and we enjoyed well excecuted and delicious dinners. I recommend that you have the lamb shank and mash. I had it twice :)

This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room
