The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, the grounds pleasant to walk round and all very dog friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of full English or Continental and all very well cooked. Beautiful location in an old hall.
Beautiful location in an old hall. Our Sea-Biscuit Room was excellent with a huge bathroom with shower enclosure. A spa bath would have been an added luxury but you cant have everything, similarly the room would have benefited from a king sized, even a super king size bed and there would have still been loads of room. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent - we did not eat in the hotel at night so am unable to make a comment but if the food was as good as it was at breakfast then I am sure it will be excellent. Selection of wines and bottled beers available at usual prices for hotel of this quality. No spa or gym on site but I believe the RPG's sister hotel at Doxford has these facilities so may try that next year.Guest review byNickUnited Kingdom

Rooms are large (with very high ceilings) and beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plentiful parking is available by the side of the hotel, and you can walk around the grounds.
