The rooms were spot on, bed was comfy plenty of space in the room and styled very well. although I didn’t get to meet the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly when it came to me checking in late when I spoke to them on the phone.

The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners on request left extra milk and my preferred coffee option throughout my stay. Restaurant staff were professional and helpful. Reception staff had to put up with me leaving my key card in my room 3 times - but it was never an issue- helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Plenty of food and choice. I will definitely stay again when in the UK- it will feel like visiting friends.

    It was nice to be greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival. The hotel decor was impressive and fun and had been well done. We had to leave early the next morning and the staff arranged for us to have our breakfast half an hour earlier than the usual time, which was much appreciated.

    Loved the quirkyness of the building and location being so central in Epping. Really comfy beds and very well equipped in all areas. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to eat, sleep and relax.
