Host was excellent, very accommodating & lovely to talk to. Communication was very quick and instructions on check in & check out were very clear. The apartment is very beautiful, well kept together and provided the perfect place for me whilst I was in the area in terms of convenience with travelling and food. The area is very family friendly & the security measures getting in & our provided a lot of safety for me as I was on my own for majority of the time. If I ever come back to the area, would definitely stay here again!

had a very pleasant stay in this room. The place was clean and well kept, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The bathroom was quite unique because it doesn’t have a traditional shower tray — a detail that personally caught my attention in a positive way. The host is such a lovely person, very kind and welcoming, which really made the experience even better. I truly recommend this place 100%!

Marvelous bed. Great breakfast. Nearest station: Royal Albert (in case Google tells you something else). The room has a safe , hair dryer, Iron. The hotel has a working space on the ground floor with pc's and a printer. Exceeds a 3 star.

Room was exceptionally impeccable . Indeed I checked on a day for Britannia hotel at Canary wharf but could not tolerate the quality of Britain's hotel hence I elected to forfeit the money paid and return to IHG Excel. The breakfast is crispy ; staff supportive .

    Family live in Erith, so having access to property near to them is ideal for us. I would say Erith is a commuter location with good transport links to some iconic tourist spots within greater London as well as giving easy access into Kent.

    Erith is safe and beautiful. Accessible to transport links and conveniences. Lots of places to eat locally. Choose your rental property carefully and if NOT ensure there are enough photos to view and confirm your interest.
