I hate superfluous adjectives but I absolutely loved this hotel for the kick of old world charm. I felt like I was in a well maintained hotel from the 90s. The little quirks and luxuries we miss in modern day hotels like artisanal coffee, water in the room, large mirrors, quirky informative artwork, mini fridge, large bathroom with bath tub, old school phone with reception on dial, carpets, trouser press (love seeing these though I never use them). The staff were lovely and accommodating.

Fruits for breakfast especially the pineapple and it's juice, is a very healthy one, sequel to the pastries. Wonderful experiences with the kind and loving workers with wonderful understanding. They work like a family. I encourage the restaurant to include African foods in the menu,, and fresh fruit juices instead,, for health sake. They should also make good use of spices like raw ginger, garlic, rosemary, tumeric, mint leaves and cloves , as well as peppers,, that way,, the food will be able to digest faster and absorbed faster by the body and that will help metabolic processes for the people's health easier and better. 👇 The room attendants are highly commendable and professional with respect in their work. They keep the property so clean and provides all the necessary daily toiletries.,, very fast in their cleaning work. 👇 Awesome WIFI 24/7 ,, it's commendable too👍 The room is cool but I suggest if possible that the hotel can provide heather during cold times, it will really be healthy and helpful 🙏. 👇 The drinking water should not be sweetened,, but should be boiled with cloves,, allow to cool and then bottled to create a healthy alkaline natural water. That way,, it will be very healthy 🙏. 👇 Brown bread is good but not healthy for all blood types,, it can be removed from the breakfast table for the sake of health,, many people reacts to gluten from wheat and can become diabetic with that.. Delta hotels by Marriott is more like another home.

Your manager Jaz is awesome. He does not shy away from assisting you with anything you might bring to him as little as the issue may be. You can tell he is good in the way he handles himself with calm and does his very best to help you with your situation. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife, 4 year old and me many times. That man is a credit to your establishment and has made my stay so nice that I will be speaking highly of the Ethorpe and its staff for many years to come. I also would like to make a special mention to Michael. He has been so warm and accommodating when arriving for breakfast in the mornings he made our stay so great that I wish I had a chance to say good bye personally to both him and Jaz before leaving. I wish I was able to get the names of so many other staff that helped us along the way. The lady and gentleman that took care of our room daily were also so great at what they did and such a pleasure to deal with. The lady with the red hair that I would see so often (sorry I didn't get her name) she was so warm, kind and helpful when approaching her with any questions. The staff behind the bar were so kind when I asked for milk so so many times for my toddler. I could go on and on but to be honest the real mark of a great experience is if the client/customer would come back again. I would say to all of you who made my family's stay at the Ethorpe so great, I would come back to see all of you without hesitation and stay at the Ethorpe to experience that level of satisfaction again! Thank you so much once again!

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, comfortable essential cooking facilities if needed, very comfortable bed and crisp cotton sheets I was super impressed. Nice place for a visit.

Nice place for a visit. We went to The Crew Room at Denham airport for breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of food, as it was a sunny day we sat outside and watched the planes. Lovely setting.

Nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating, made to feel so welcome. High standard of accommodation and excellent breakfasts! Very close to train station with easy access to Central London. Would definitely stay again.

I booked a double room with an extra big bed, measurements were supplied however it wasn’t really, it was just 2 singles moved together with a big sheet covering them with a lovely big gap down the middle!!

We arrived at 9pm, which may account for the water only...

We arrived at 9pm, which may account for the water only being warm instead of hot. Sadly toilet wouldn’t flush( I let reception know in the morning and they advised they had a plummer on it. Bedroom area was nice but the memory foam pillow was uncomfortable. A pillow option would have been nice. Bathroom looked tired.

The staff was very nice at reception because I got to the hotel at midnight night and was too tired after a long day. I Said to the staff if my room is up stairs I can’t manage to climb any stairs because of tiredness and he said let he see what he can do. And then he put use on the ground floor witch was very nice of him to do so I can’t remember his name

This is a wonderful B&B. Breakfast was pitched just right with a good choice. Our room was spotless and had everything we required in the private bathroom. Shower was good. The best recommendation anyone can give is that they will go back... I will go back. Denham Train Station is a 10 minute walk, you can get the train directly to Marylebone and then on the tube. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within a 15 minute walk, plenty of shops, a petrol station and other outlets on the doorstep.
