The apartment is located next to the Ness Walk in Inverness in a calm and lovely area. It's perfect for staying there with a family of four or a group of friends, as the apartment offers two beautiful rooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. Iain is an amazing host. While we did not meet him in person, he ensured we had all info to retrieve the keys ahead of time. The cleanness of the apartment was impeccable, and he provided detail information about the functioning and safety of all appliances. All around the house there were fresh rose vases, a detail we absolutely loved. 10/10 recommend staying at Riverside Gardens.

Where do I start? My sister and I booked a one-night stay at Ness Walk, and we loved every second of it. The staff were extremely friendly and nice and also very helpful. The room is spacious, the windows are huge, and the view is serene. It was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We ordered room service twice; we ordered dinner from the all-day menu I believe, and it was really good. My sister had the burger, which she loved, and I really enjoyed the lentil soup. We ordered breakfast the next morning, and it was just as good. The eggs benedict, pastries, toast and the bowl of fruits were really good. Eating in the room with the view was actually relaxing. The hotel is a nice distance from the city centre; you can walk along the river ness and experience the view. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints.

This gorgeous hotel saved my trip after being unable to sleep for four nights in a row in sketchy "boutique" hotels. One of the best small-room designs I've ever experienced. Everything in its place, with beautiful materials. It was worth the splurge in every way. Staff were very kind at a busy time, and left a charming local New Year's gift at the door. I didn't try the breakfast, but there was a free espresso/latte machine in the lounge where you could look out at the River Ness. Location was spectacular for river walks, and was about 10 minutes on foot from the train and bus stations. It's also five minutes from an excellent organic cafe, a wine bar, and a landmark bookstore. I'll stay at any available AC hotels first in the future and skip the rest.

The Hotel is close to everything you might ever need and even though there was no parking, they made everything easy for us to find one close. Staff was excellent and good breakfast too! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to visitors of Inverness.
