Gilli was a very relaxed and communicative host and made our stay very easy and comfortable. We were travelling with kids and she kindly sorted out travel cots for us. The house was cosy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, being close to Cupar for supermarkets etc but in a quiet secluded spot. The hot tub and outdoor area was great for socialising and we made use of the football pitch!

We have stayed in a few cabin in Scotland but Holly Berry has been the best by far. As we walking into the cabin it felt so cosy and clean. We continued to be surprised looking round the cabin. We felt like we had walked into a brand new cabin it was so clean and cosy. We unpacked our things and heading out for a walk. The hot tub was just perfect for a relaxing night star gazing. It was only a few minutes drive to local town. We drove into St Andrews and had a lovely walk along the beach, stoped for coffee and continued to walk to see St Andrews famous golf course. The information booklet was excellent it gave us all the info we needed. We will definitely be booking again and we would recommend this cabin. We came home feeling very relaxed. Thank you 🙏

A very well set out cottage, with excellent facilities in a central location. We were planning a lot of walking across North Fife, and nowhere that we needed to be was more than half an hour's drive away. Brian and Rosalind could not have been more friendly or helpful. There are USB sockets scattered throughout the property, which is a very considerate addition. We were provided with a pot of homemade jam and eggs from their own chickens on arrival, which was a lovely addition.

We have a family member living in the area so we liked being...

We have a family member living in the area so we liked being in a location to see how the locals live. There are several places to eat, shop and a market once a month that we attended. We did not rent a car but we were driven by our family member to delightful places (walking trails, windy beaches, lovely daffodil lined roadways) all around Fife. The people we met in shops and restaurants etc were all very friendly.

Lovely wee town, easily accessible by train if you don't drive! Lots of cafes and places to eat and buy food. Surrounding Kingdom of Fife is stunning, Pitenweem, St.Andrews, Falkland all wirth a vist ( if you have a car! )

Cupar is ideally placed to travel around Fife..

Cupar is ideally placed to travel around Fife.. We mainly visited St Andrews as our great nephew was attending the university. We dined in St Andrews for all our meals so we cannot say anything about dining in Cupar. There seems to be plenty of choice when venturing around as to what and where to eat should suit many a healthy appetite.

This is a lovely location and Gillie is an excellent host.

This is a lovely location and Gillie is an excellent host. The rooms are all on the ground floor, lovely and very comfortable and overlooking the garden which is several hundred metres from the road down a private lane. This is a high standard b&b and the best accomodation I have stayed in when staying in the fife area.

This is a small town with big personality.

This is a small town with big personality. Fantastic restaurant, ( courtyard, no 10). Lovely independent shops. Fascinating architecture. And so near to many lovely places: Teases gardens, Kelly Castle, Falkland Palace, Pittenween coastal town, Ely beach.

Cupar is a historic town dating back to the 7th century..

Cupar is a historic town dating back to the 7th century.. An excellent and authentic example of Scottish tradition in particular around the area where Cupar Burgh Chambers is located. Visit the museum next to Cupar Station. Crossgate is it's main axial road and has everything you need. Fisher and Donaldson have two bakeries in the town - a small one in Crossgate and a tea room next to the large Tesco. Try their stovies, fudge doughnut or a marzipan fruit or Belgian biscuit but lot's more!! A wonderful base for exploring the beautiful Fife countryside with it's quaint villages and St Andrew's itself - get a bus and try some whiskies there!!" The Fife Folk Museum in the nearby village of Cerus is very interesting and has a tea room. The Deer Park a must go to venue with lots to do and see for all ages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment especially as you are dog friendly. You’ve thoughts of every comfort and convenience down to the smallest detail. We appreciate how immaculately clean the apartment was and recognise your hard work in keeping it all so beautifully appointed. Your towels are the softest ever. While based in Cupar, we visited St.Andrew and Broughty Ferry which were both only a short journey away. Both have fabulous beaches. All in all a lovely short break. Many thanks Brian and Frances
