Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and couch to sit on. Met the host and was given some advice on what to do. We were greeted with some biscuits to enjoy. Lovely pottery crockery and in a super quiet location.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. Our 2 dogs were also made very welcome. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. There are 2 pubs nearby or travelling time to Penrith would be around 15 mins.
