We loved everything about our stay, the location, the cottage, the views from the windows, lovely host Zia and her amazing animals. The cottage was clean and cosy; we enjoyed the warm evenings spent there, while it was cold outside. Zia is the loveliest host, she goes an extra mile to make the stay even more special! Meeting the animals was so exciting, discovering their personalities and being so up close to them was something we have never experienced before. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommended!

Sally was wonderful, very accommodating and very welcoming. She was very kind and helped me fix my booking mistake, and stayed back for a later check-in as we hit bad traffic on the multi hour drive to the hotel. Beautiful tea room area, the breakfast was always great and the other staff were always helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well made up, the shower was great, good pressure, the heat range was good and stable. Great light blocking curtains. Open-shelving clothing rack made the room feel bigger and I didn't have to worry if I left something as I could always see what I hung or stowed away. Super close to the aqueduct and canal nearby.

Nicola, wonderful host. Provided a hot n hearty breakfast, cooked to order. Cottage is a good size, charming n warm... underfloor heating :) V.comfy king-size bed, tea n pod coffee w milk provided. Plenty of fluffy white towels w bonus towel robes in the cupboard! Toiletries also provided. Parking provided on the property. Nicola recommended The Boat Restaurant, [near Hollies Farm B&B]. Dinner was OUTSTANDING!!! This place also provides for kids. Go! You won't regret it :]
