Help me! How can I describe our wonderful stay at the Falcon Hotel in the charming and beautiful Bridgnorth. The hotel is centrally located in the small town, on the east bank of the River Severn, surrounded by historic and picturesque architecture and fresh air galore. The hotel has free parking for the car, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful staff and serves a lovely, typical English breakfast. The "stable" where the whole family slept was spacious, clean and charming. Thank you for a memorable stay at your venerable hotel!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, particularly Cathy who served on at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She was helpful, and very kind to our large party. She is a great asset to the hotel. We loved the pool and spa facilities, also the lounge bar where there was wide selection of bar meals and snacks to suit most tastes.

Coalport is great for historical visits to museums and old...

Coalport is great for historical visits to museums and old towns and is easy to get around. Lots of lovey hiking areas not too far away. We mainly prepared our own meals in the self catering kitchen of the local YHA but there was the option of ordering food from the YHA restaurant as well as other local cafes and restaurants.

The family room with en-suite was excellent for our age group of grandchildren. Enjoyed the self catering aspect. The security was also good and we liked the freedom it allowed our grandchildren to have from our room to the play room whilst giving us peace of mind. The location was really good to be able to walk to Ironbridge, and both Jackfield and Coalport museums. Also, Blists Hill Victorian museum was only a short ride away. We really liked that the children could eat for £1 when an adult meal was purchased.

The hostel is in a great location although there is no public transport to Coalport. Lovely walks along the river and the old railway line. Property was clean, food was nice in the cafe, well equipped kitchen for self catering too.

Interesting building in quiet area. Coalport China museum opposite worth a visit. A pleasant walk along disused railway track to Ironbridge . Handy pub serves meals Free parking Wfould come again.
