Excellent service, we arrived during busy dinner time, quick and efficient check in. Ate in the restaurant, excellent food and atmosphere. We were delayed in arriving back to checkout, staff were very understanding and did not charge extra. Beautiful room with view over the estuary. We wish we could have stayed longer.

It's just a 5-minute walk from the Bristol airport. The staff are nice. Food is good. The room is spacious and has all the amenities in it. I only stayed for a few hours, since it's only to spend the night coming from a flight, and to wait for the train home. I wish I would have stayed longer.

Loved the breakfast room, full of light and beautiful views over the Gorge in the morning. The staff were friendly, but professional, and breakfast was good. The interior of the hotel is designed well, dramatic colour schemes which really work, but at same time it’s comfortable too. Particularly enjoyed the bar area with its stunning views over the Gorge at night. The bedrooms were very simple, but tastefully furnished, classic/modern design bathroom with some period pieces in the bedroom, a nice nod to the history of the building.

Stayed in room 6. Was a lovely room , comfortable bed. Clean. Nice little breakfast box in room. Had a lovely meal in the pub , great service from all the team. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location; perfect for Bristol airport, but also the...

Great location; perfect for Bristol airport, but also the view over the fields was lovely. Great big garden as well to sit in when the sun is shining. Good for kids as they have some climbing equipment etc for them. Joe and especially Shirley were fabulous. I felt like I was staying with friends. Very friendly and welcoming. God honest food too, with very generous portions. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to other travellers.
