There were other rooms which were really nice and wonderful bathroom facilities. Just not ours and I know this because there was a group of us who stayed one was given different accommodation because of the room number 5 over the bar too much noise they could not sleep. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, so did not walk around the town. But having lived in the area previously for 30 years I know that the town is a very pleasant market town in the Fens, and is well worth a visit. A quiet but lovely little town with a very friendly...
A quiet but lovely little town with a very friendly atmosphere and sense of community. A bonus of visiting in December is the Christmas lights, which add extra charm. The only negative, when visiting family in the town, is the lack of a railway station - without a car, it takes a cab ride from Ely or Huntingdon (the nearest stations) to get there.Guest review bySamUnited Kingdom - 8.0
