the bed the only answer was omg was the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in i loved the way we had our own space with sofa large screen tv fridge microwave kitchen at our disposal the breakfast was serve your own there was fruit cheese meat juice porridge cereal's crumpets and bread for toast a selection of jams it was more than i expected after paying more for bed only in a hotel the night before that was no where near the same standard the staff went out there way even carrying my luggage the restaurant and bar down stairs where handy the village was very quaint but close enough to drive to other sites and cities

Accommodation was spotless.. everything perfect.. fabulous selection of goodies left for me.. gluten free and soya milk.. homemade jam and honey too. Bedroom was stunning.. fabulous bed.. comfortable and pristine bedding. Hostess came out to welcome me and showed me everything in the bothy also. Views from windows were lovely.. and morning sunrise beautiful.. I walked all along the farm roads and up into the village then back along road to Bothy again , which was a lovely walk. A very peaceful.. relaxing stay. Highly Recommend.

Hotel not to far from Inverurie’s railway station.

Hotel not to far from Inverurie’s railway station. The local area is steeped in history. Note: The :Maiden Stone” is close by. Monymusk Church, which is good to visit, is one of the oldest in Scotland. Monymusk is approximately 6 miles away. Old Meldrum Distillery is well worth visiting. Their tours are wonderful,

the hotel was beautifully furnished and very comfortable...

the hotel was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a lovely roaring fire in the lounge.It was in a very isolated position with no facilities near so the hotel was the only choice for dining. Chapel of Garioch is only a few houses with not much to see but the scenery round about was lovely.

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Typical old fashioned Scottish grand house with sweeping gardens and specimen trees (two very old monkey puzzles at the front) and views of Bennachie. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good (and lots of choice). The room and bed were comfortable, nice hot shower (bathroom was modern even though the rest of the hotel is historic). All you need in a hotel tbh.

We were blown away by this Hotel and was the perfect location for our visit to Bennachie Forest for a work trip. The staff were amazing and our room was really comfortable and Immaculately clean. The only little downside was the food was a little on the expensive side however it was excellent quality and the service was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Stunning period building in terrific grounds and extremely quiet area surrounded by fantastic landscape. Staff were very helpful and friendly with pride in their hotel. Very comfortable junior suite giving a real feel good factor. We will return.
