The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant manager went out of her way to make up for a mistake the waiter made during a very busy Saturday evening dinner rush. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was really friendly and approached us proactively when she became aware that there was a problem. I was very happy about the professional and courteous way she handled the issue. All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly, including the security staff outside the main entrance. Very professional and willing to assist. I can highly recommend this hotel. The pool is also a great plus for this hotel and the hotel premises are very clean.

Great location with awesome staff. Our room was clean,large, well decorated with a view of the street below. The small chocolates were appreciated.Stand alone shower was great. Having a supermarket next door was handy The food downstairs at the pub was excellent.

Attention to detail in this property was second to none. Everything was presented beautifully with high quality products. We pretty much went round the house saying "I wish we had that at home " about everything! 😂 It was 5 star luxury. We could even hear the beautiful cathedral bells ringing

This is a cosy little cottage with all you need to make it a perfect stay. Hot tub great and cleanliness is that of the highest standard.
