We had a connecting room which was so much bigger than we are used to. Also the hotel is very high standard even for a Holiday inn. The gym is quite complete. Breakfast was lovely.

The location was just what we were looking for, we didn't have time to use the spa facilities. Beautiful decoration in harmony with the building. The body care products were very welcome after a long day out, also a hairdryer. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was superb and plentiful. Everything piping hot and good quality produce. An ideal hotel for anyone planning to explore Yorkshire.

Mount Pleasant Cottages are truly fabulous. Lauren has thought of every detail to make staying in the cottages perfect. We had travelled over from Australia and met our best friends and family at the cottages. Each family was able to have our own space whilst being able join together. Richmond is close by and was great to show our daughters an beautiful English town. The cottages are incredibly luxurious our teenage children all having the luxury of their own bathroom. We spent New Year’s Eve here and had such a lovely time. The team were very welcoming and friendly. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Our room was cosy with a huge bath and lots of toiletries which smelt amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable too. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a brilliant short stay in Ravensworth. The accommodation was ideal, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and spacious bedroom. We appreciated the tea, coffee and sweet treats on arrival. Located in the heart of the village, Thimble Cottage is an ideal base for local walks.
