I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It is perfectly located, making it easy to walk everywhere. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and rooms all have beautiful decor, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and of high quality, with options from both the menu and the buffet, so there's something for everyone. The room was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need (coffee, tea, mini bar, fresh milk), including a large bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and will be very happy to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Mollie’s Motel & Diner! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short drive from Bristol, making it super convenient whether you’re exploring the city or passing through. There’s a large free parking area where finding a spot was always easy, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, creating such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The diner on-site is also fantastic, it’s a great spot to grab a bite, and we really enjoyed the delicious shakes and food. Our room was spacious, clean. The bed deserves a special mention, it was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, making it very hard to leave in the morning! We would absolutely recommend Mollie’s to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay near Bristol. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Spacious room, nice facilities, friendly staff. We walked to Temple Meads station in under 10 minutes, and also found it straightforward to walk from here over to Castle Park, the Harbourside Walk, and up the cycleway to visit friends in Easton. There's a good cafe and a Sainsbury's Local within two blocks from the hotel, too.

The thing that stood out the most was the staff…so friendly, down to earth and most helpful. In particular Ella, Eli and Natalie were superb at their job and full of great personality. The hotel itself is very modern with fantastic leisure centre/gym. The beds were also very comfortable 🙂

FAQs about hotels in Bristol

From Brunel to Banksy!

Britain’s 4th most popular visitor destination, Bristol boasts Brunel’s magnificent Clifton Suspension Bridge spanning the River Avon. More Brunel handiwork is in the harbour where his SS Great Britain steamship is moored. Pirate walks here detail the city’s underground naval history.

Further north in Clifton is the world’s oldest zoo outside a capital city. Other Bristol attractions include At-Bristol Museum and the Grade I-listed Corn Exchange with its 4 "nails" outside where money changed hands. Also worth a visit is St Nicholas Market, in a Georgian square home to several bars and a Slow Food Market on the 1st Sunday of every month. Other Bristol shopping options include shopping centres at Cabot Circus, and Cribbs Causeway on the outskirts.

As a student city, Bristol really comes to life after dark. The live music scene here is fantastic and has given way to several internationally known bands, but for something more alternative head to Eastside.

Another option for alternative-seekers is the work of hometown street artists Banksy. Just like Booking.com’s Bristol accommodation, his work is spread throughout this fabulous city.

This Gateway to the West Country is served by Bristol Airport and Temple Meads train station. The old Bristol to Bath railway line is now a cycle route and makes a great day trip.

The 'Great Western' ship (built by Brunel) was interesting). The 'Concorde Museum' was great! The last Concorde that flew.! I went over to the coast to Portishead and was amazed by the 10 meter tidal range. See the locks operate when the sailboats go in or out of the yacht basin.(In the Florida Keys we only have about 1 foot tide range!)

Bristol is a compact and a pleasant city, easy to get to the attractions from the apartment. Clifton village/arcade is worth a visit and off course the Brunel suspension bridge is a must see. Harbourside was vibrant with lots going on and we recommend the River Station restaurant. The Museum and Art Gallery are well worth a visit.

Lots to do with older children. We the curious and wake the Tiger were well worth the trip down to Bristol. I would have liked to explore the Banksy graffiti. Saw loads of regular graffiti which did make the area seem scruffy. It was everywhere. Some amazing architecture. Little gems kept jumping out. Worth a visit, don’t let the scruffy areas stop you visiting. Those who enjoy shopping should visit Cribbs causewayy

Bristol is a great city with so much to do and something for everyone. There are so many bars and restaurants, museums and galleries, clubs and music venues that it would be impossible to ever get bored! Public transport is good and the city feels relatively clean. Best to avoid travelling there by car though - parking can be a bit of a nightmare and is not cheap.

Has a great vibe about it especially by the Waterfront with all the Galleries and bars etc. Clifton is walkable from this Hotel but be prepared for steep streets! Cabot Centre has lots of restaurants and shopping mall. Train and bus stations are easy to get to and on a few minutes walk away.

Bristol is such a lovely city.

Bristol is such a lovely city. Visit the Cathedral, take the epic "Blackbeard to Banksy" guided tour (and search for street art during every single walk in the centre) and visit the Cabot tower (109 steep, twisting steps lead to stunning views across Bristol). Walk across the suspension bridge which spans the River Avon (a stunning piece of engineering!). Dining is great in the shipping containers CARGO on the waterfront, home to a host of independent eateries (we loved the Indian street food at Bandook kitchen). Flying out of the Bristol Hot Air Balloon Fiesta with over 100 hot air balloons is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was well equipped and we enjoyed the space available in the room. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable and roomy. The tea and coffee making was good and we were able to adjust the temperature well for sleeping. Overall one of the best hotel rooms I have used. The location for the city centre is excellent. I do not think there is a more well located hotel to access all the sights of Bristol.

I know Bristol well and I picked this hotel because it was central and well priced. I didn’t intend to use the facilities or the car park. It was clean, it was well located (close to the city centre and close to Bristol Temple Meads). The breakfast was generous and tasty.
