We booked a family room but had our stay in a 8 bedroom appartment, that was a very welcome surprise! The fresh prepaired breakfast was lovely, we tried different like full English, pancakes and porridge but all was great and fresh. We had a family diner with 14 people and the meal was lovely, great staff, always available and very friendly.

The house was wonderful, it has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. The kids enjoyed the short time spent there as they had lots of games to play during the evening. Very clean and comfortable (very comfortable beds 😀) and the host very friendly and helpful. Located on the main street the property is surrounded by lots of local restaurants/ pubs with a good variety to pick from. Close to a couple of supermarkets. Accessible to any area around the Lakes for any hiking experience and close to sea if you want a different day out. Will definitely come back at some point.
