A fabulous place to stay. Superb location, 2 minutes across the sand dunes to a clean sandy beach. The rooms are excellently appointed high quality, clean and comfortably furnished (if you have to spend time in the room). We tried to book in Southwold, but with the heatwave and last minute, there was nothing available. So we ended up here and had a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is very new, easy parking. We couldn’t open the front door, but the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, spotless, great bathroom, comfortable bed and very quiet, very nice decor throughout. We walked to Lowestoft high street along the coastal path, very nice walk too. We were here only for one night, but very happy with the hotel and location.
