We used taxis for most of our travels although a train station is not very far. Up the road from The Bebington, we went to a Pub called the Sizzling part of the Acorn. Good food great atmosphere. In a nutshell if you wish for a budget B&B in a decent location then this maybe for you. I just needed an overnight stay to rest up before travelling again on the following day. Breakfast is included (as I left early I missed this). Decent Wifi & you have access to shared lounge with large TV. Space on grounds for parking. The breakfast was great - tasty and ample. Set you up for the day. Loved the bed - big and comfy. Also, the room was not cluttered; it was very spacious, but had all the essentials. The owner/s were so friendly, willing to talk and give information about the area. The Greek handwritten descriptions also made top of my list. The staff were all just as friendly and professional. Hadn't seen this standard of a service for a long long time, to be quite honest. So clean and the breakfast was also fresh and up to my expectations, courtesy of the nice lady chef. The location also caught my attention as it is quiet, clean and accessible to shops and the pub. Surpasses all standards for the market it is in which is the world of good B&B The only reason it doesn't get ten stars, is that I couldn't in good conscience rate it as highly as some of the world class hotels I have stayed in, (having hotel in the title.) If you're looking for a great B&B on the Wrral peninsular however...look no further. These guys are hard to beat in that market. Location was lovely and there’s plenty of off-road parking. As everyone else has said in the reviews, the breakfast offering is outstanding and sorted me right out after a wedding I attended the night before..
