Me and my partner stayed here for his birthday weekend watching the BTCC. And wow, we didn't realise just how close we were to Brands Hatch race track, we loved having the view of the track from our room. Staff were fantastic and helpful, we arrived early, and planned to leave the car but they had a room free and let us check in at 12pm. The race themed bar was excellent and drinks were reasonably priced. We had food in the restaurant on our second evening which was really nice. Our room was a good size, comfy bed, nice view, really quiet. The only downside was the water pressure and leaking shower but that was minor, overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

This property is very unique. Very high end designs, luxury bedding, beautiful garden with plenty of sitting areas. Close proximity to gorgeous hiking trails and valley with wild animals. The hosts were exceptionally kind and made delicious and healthy breakfasts, grill and deserts. I enjoyed our cinema nights in, as well as soaking in a bath tub under the stars. I’ve never had such a peaceful sleep.

Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back.     The house and its facilities are excellent, located in a very quite part of West Kingsdown. You are only a short 10 mins walk from shops and takeaway. Offroad parking is very good and accessible with room for at least 4 large cars. The cleaning standards are as high as we have come across in a private house. As I think the owner would agree is that the bathroom is ready for an upgrade, however very clean and functionable.

    The service from every member of staff was superlative. The rooms were really well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent. The hotel was perfectly situated for Brands Hatch circuit, only 50 yards from the entrance.

    A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
