We arrived late at the hotel, but we were strongly welcomed by the hospitality team. The room was very quiet and comfortable, especially the bed and the chair - I had so restful sleep for two nights. The full water and milk bottles gave us a feeling of abundance. The breakfast was very delicious and big - even for a small breakfast! It's absolutely a delightful experience for both of us. Thank you team!

We stayed in the honeymoon suite on Hogmanay celebrating our last new year just us before our baby is born. Room was amazing! The hotel is immaculate, the food was excellent and the staff were attentive, we even got engaged during our stay which made it even more memorable and special! We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The team went out of their way to accommodate every request, always with kindness and professionalism. Very expensive, the food and view is outstanding.

Very expensive, the food and view is outstanding. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Maybe a small fridge in the rooms especially the cabins would help keep cold drinks especially on hot days. All in all if you can afford there prices it will be worth it.

Staff , including the hotel owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Made you feel very relaxed and absolutely nothing was any problem to them. We were guests at a wedding the following day and again they were extremely busy but 100% pleasant , professional and very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated to a very high standard and there are some works being carried out in the grounds at the minute. They were also very pleasant and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. Very pleasant stay and would return again

I booked the restaurant with fabulous views over the hills and river. On the day they asked if they could transfer us to a sister hotel for dinner. So we ended up in a pub with no view. There was a prom night going on . The hotel is a big venue place (264 weddings this year ) not the right place for us. Staff were lovely.

Very clean, modern boutique vibe staff were fantastic and so nice and accommodating. We had originally booked a hotel room but they had a wedding up so we were lucky to be upgraded to a lodge so we weren’t in about the noise Staff were amazing will definitely come back

We travelled by car. The location is in the country but near to Prestwick Airport and the town of Ayr. One would certainly need a car. Hotel reception beautifully set out. Staff helpfully, food excellent, room very comfortable, shower great plenty of hot water.
