    We had such a wonderful stay, when we arrived the hosts had lit a fire for us and everything was even more lovely than the photos! They’d left us a range of biscuits, and plenty tea/coffee etc The bed was like a hotel with a lovely arranged blanket and chocolates. Everything was so clean and the owners went above and beyond to meet our needs - they even provided a cosy dog bed which our dogs loved!! Gorgeous views of the horses. Fire pit outside. We could go on and on about how great it is!

    We were back here to celebrate our anniversary and it’s still as amazing as we remember! All the staff are so friendly, the food for dinner and breakfast is 10/10 and it’s such a cosy, lovely atmosphere in the hotel especially as the fire was on in the main room. Our room was large with everything we needed and a nice comfy bed. This was the first time at the spa and the facilities are great especially the hot tub outside that had a cover over it incase it rained

    From start to finish, we were made to feel welcome and like nothing was to much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff were professional, polite and really looked out for us.

    Great host, very nice apartment and the town Alloa is a good base for touring south east Scotland. Plenty of free council parking next to the apartment. Tesco, Asda, Aldi are all nearby.
