If you want an old English style type house this is the place low beams creaky floors the full works absolutely fantastic, great location, good value for money, good breakfast good old pub just across road for great evening meal. even being a historically old building bathroom bed etc. all up to scratch

Wonderful historic hotel in a great location. Great value and good facilities. Loved our bed and bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It's lovely to have a gorgeous bar and restaurant on site.

Check in, staff were happy, nice vibe in bar, my two boys and I treated as valued guests. All house keeping staff smiled and greeted us in the corridor. Age limit on Jacuzzi needs explanation and possibility that old and over weight guests may suffer health issues, not only under 16.

The location was excellent. The room was larger than other rooms with beautiful Furnishings. The bed was absolutely brilliant and so big. The breakfast was everything we wished for. Will certainly stay there again. Staff was very helpful.

As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

A beautifully clean bungalow with brand new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite in a very quiet part of Bottesford. Driveway even fitted both cars on which was great. The 2 double beds were very comfortable, we really couldn't fault it. The co-op was only a 3 minute walk away to get supplies. We had a most fantastic meal and service at Pauls Restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we come back this way. Thank you to the owners for accommodating my requests, their communication was superb.

    Fantastic accommodation. Rooms in the roof are fantastic. Loads of old beams and quirky corners. Surrounding village is not big but very pretty and it has a fantastic pub that does a wonderful Sunday roast. Allington Manor is a must to stay at.

    Excellent historic property in a great location, the Lords...

    Excellent historic property in a great location, the Lords and lady's rooms were excellent. Great friendly host and lovely breakfast. We were there for business, but it would be great for an explore of the area and the beautiful local villages.

    Excellent hosts provided a superb one nights stay at Allington. We went for supper at the pub opposite which was excellent, when we returned Leo served us drinks in the lounge and got the wood burner going. The choice of drinks in the small lovely bar was superb. The breakfast was simply amazing, excellent produce cooked and served so well. Coffee also excellent. Very good parking and the building looks fantastic.

    The hotel itself was in a fantastic location, very peaceful and was a lovely village. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and quaint with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely and served very quickly and fresh as well. Would definitely recommend to stay for a relaxing weekend away and me and my partner are now looking at booking again.

    Superb property in a delightful village. Bed was very comfortable, and all facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good as well. The owners made us very welcome and were happy to assist in any way. Although Allington Manor does not serve dinner, the Welby Arms pub is just 200 metres walk, and does good pub food.

    Allington Manor is a charming country house set in beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden , very quiet yet only minutes from the A1. We were made to feel very welcome, the breakfast was delicious , and the characterful bedroom and en-suite delightful.
